  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation call/message before shipment (if applicable).

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
  • Typical delivery charges:
    • Inside Dhaka: ৳100
    • Outside Dhaka: ৳200

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most areas in Bangladesh.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo/video proof for quick resolution.

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
