- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most areas in Bangladesh.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
7. Delivery Issues
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
- If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be cancelled.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo/video proof for quick resolution.

9. Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
