  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

    • bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer / Original Payment Method
  • Refund processing time:
    • 3–7 working days after approval

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • You received a defective or wrong item
  • Size or variant change (depending on availability)

Exchange delivery may take 3–5 working days.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong/damaged product): we cover the return cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference: customer pays delivery charges

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
